This isn’t too surprising considering it’s still in beta. We also don’t know how many users will latch on to the Windows 8 tablets when they arrive on the market. What is surprising, according to the report, is there are still more users of Windows 2000 and NT than Windows 8 – though only by a small margin. According to our own poll on February 15th, out of 890 votes, 82% of you said you were counting down the days until the February 29th release of Windows 8 Consumer Preview....

Note: This process works the same in Windows 7 and 8. You just need to install Windows Media Center on Windows 8 first. First, make sure you have Windows Media Center set up. It’s amazing to me how popular “texting” or Text Messaging has become over the last few years. Additionally, what’s even more amazing to me is the fact that a new language and possibly even a new culture appears to have spawned from this new technology! OMG, IMO it’s crzy LOL! ;) As fantastic as this all may be, I’ve found that if I want to send someone a text (especially a long one) while I’m working on my computer, it’s much easier to use Outlook rather than pull out my phone....

Tap Tap Screenshot on Android To get started download and install the Tap Tap app from XDA Developers. Note that you will need to sideload it to work since this isn’t coming from the Google Play Store. It’s also worth noting that the Tap, Tap app is still in beta and it might not work with every Android phone. For best results use a Pixel 3 or higher device. But I was able to get it to work without any problems on a OnePlus 6T....

Control Center Your Mac’s most important controls are found in System Preferences. Unfortunately, because of the vast size of the location, finding these controls has never been easy until now. The new Control Center on macOS Big Sur is where you can access all of your most important controls, including Wi-Fi, Music, and Display. Or I should say “it delivered”, since the deal means no more new user registrations and some features removed. E-mail summaries will be kept for existing users, but the service will be shut down completely sometime in the future....

After speaking with Verizon for ~5 hours and talking with dozens of techs and managers (half of whom didn’t even know what a computer was), I discovered that IF you want incoming Port 80 opened, you need to buy a static IP on a Business account. For me, that would have been ~ $135.00 a month.
