Dream Scene Activator is a great application by door2windows, which you can easily grab for free from here. The application is great and requires no more than a few clicks to set up.
Step 2 – Configuring the Dream Scene Activator
Once you download the program, its icon should look like this: Right-Click on it and select Run as Administrator…
…and then just slide the OFF button to ON
In order to get Dream Scene to work correctly, you need to restart your computer. A bit of an annoyance, but really not much of a drawback…
